  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
  • 14 ounces bag of coleslaw mix
  • 1/2 small bunch cilantro (chopped)
  • 9 corn tortillas
  • Avocado oil (for frying)
  • Plain yogurt
  • Mayonnaise
  • Lime juice

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine shrimp, taco seasoning, garlic powder, and ground pepper. Mix well.
  2. In another bowl, mix yogurt, mayo, lime juice, additional taco seasoning, cayenne, and pepper for the sauce.
  3. Heat a non-stick skillet over high heat and cook the shrimp until pink on both sides.
  4. In a large bowl, mix coleslaw, cilantro, salt, and most of the sauce.
  5. Warm tortillas in a skillet for about 10 seconds each side.
  6. Fill each tortilla with shrimp and slaw; drizzle remaining sauce on top.
