Ingredients
- 1 loaf (12-14 oz) French bread, sourdough bread, or challah
- 8 oz full-fat cream cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp confectioners’ sugar
- 8 large eggs
- 2¼ cups whole milk
- ¾ tsp ground cinnamon
- 2/3 cup packed light brown sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (177°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray.
- Cut the bread into 1-inch cubes and layer half in the baking dish.
- In a mixer, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add confectioners’ sugar and vanilla; mix well. Drop spoonfuls over the bread.
- Layer remaining bread cubes on top.
