Ingredients
- 2 1/2 pounds side of salmon
- 1 can pineapple slices (drained)
- 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
- 4 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter (melted)
- Juice of 2 tablespoons fresh lemon
- 3 minced garlic cloves
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
