Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound salmon fillets (skin removed)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Thai sweet chili sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • ½ teaspoon lime juice

Instructions

  1. Cut the salmon into bite-sized cubes and toss with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper (if using), salt, and black pepper.
  2. Choose your cooking method: Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the salmon cubes for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown, or preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and bake salmon on a lined baking sheet for 10-12 minutes until cooked through, or preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and cook salmon bites for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  3. For the bang bang sauce, whisk together mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice until smooth.
  4. Toss the cooked salmon bites with the sauce or drizzle it over them before serving.
