- 1 pound sirloin steak
- 3 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 2 (3-ounce) packages ramen noodles
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Garlic and ginger for added flavor
Instructions
- Prepare the sauce by whisking together soy sauce, cornstarch, beef broth, honey, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes in a medium bowl.
- Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside with sesame oil.
- In a nonstick skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the steak with salt and pepper and cook until browned. Remove from skillet.
- Add more olive oil to the skillet, steam the broccoli with water until tender, then return the steak.
- Add noodles and pour in the prepared sauce; toss everything together over low heat for a couple of minutes.
