Ingredients
- 2 pounds beef chuck
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper

- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon turmeric

- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 cup low-sodium beef stock
Instructions
- Cut beef chuck into 2-inch cubes and season with salt and pepper.
