  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3 cups blueberries (fresh or frozen)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (177°C) and prepare an 8” x 8” baking pan by lining it with foil.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, sugar, lemon zest, salt, and flour to form the crust. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.
