  • 2 Tbsp Olive oil
  • 4 Tbsp Butter
  • 4 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 lb Shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 1/4 cup White wine (or chicken stock)
  • 1/4 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 Tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • Juice of 1 Lemon
  • Salt & pepper (to taste)
  • Fresh Parsley and Parmesan (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a wok, heat olive oil and 3 Tbsp butter over medium heat until melted.
  2. Add minced garlic, sautéing until fragrant but not browned.
  3. Deglaze the pan with white wine (or chicken stock).
  4. Stir in shrimp and Cajun seasoning; cook for 3-5 minutes until shrimp turn pink.
  5. Mix in heavy cream and remaining butter until smooth.
  6. Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice; let simmer for one additional minute.
  7. Serve garnished with parsley and parmesan over pasta or alongside crusty bread.
