  • 3 cups uncooked elbow macaroni

  • 1 rib celery, finely diced
  • 1/2 green bell pepper, finely diced
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 3 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Cook the macaroni in salted water according to package directions. Drain and cool under running water.
  2. In a bowl, combine mayo, mustard, vinegar, pepper, sugar, salt, garlic, and onion powder. Mix well.
  3. Add the diced vegetables to the dressing mixture and stir.
  4. Combine cooled pasta with half of the dressing in a large bowl, tossing to coat.
  5. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Before serving, add remaining dressing and adjust seasoning as needed.
