- 28 ounces crushed tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons ginger (chopped)
- 1 tablespoon turmeric
- 2 teaspoons sea salt
- 1 cup dried brown lentils
- 15 ounces coconut milk
- Cherry tomatoes and cilantro for garnish
