Ingredients
- 2 lbs sirloin steak, cubed
- 4 large potatoes, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- Salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika (to taste)
Instructions
- Prepare all ingredients: wash and dice potatoes into bite-sized pieces; cube sirloin steak evenly.
