Description

Easter Dirt Cake is a delightful no-bake dessert that brings joy to any Easter gathering. With its creamy layers and a crunchy Oreo crust, this festive treat is topped with colorful candies like Peeps and sprinkles, making it not only delicious but also visually stunning.


Ingredients

  • 1 package Oreos
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup butter (softened)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 16 oz Cool Whip
  • 2 boxes INSTANT vanilla pudding (3.3 oz each)
  • 3 cups milk
  • Easter candy (Peeps, Robin eggs, sprinkles)

Instructions

  1. Crush ⅔ package of Oreos into fine crumbs and layer in the bottom of a 9×13 pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, blend softened cream cheese and butter until smooth. Mix in powdered sugar, then fold in Cool Whip gently.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together milk and pudding mixes until thickened, then fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Pour the filling over the Oreo crust and sprinkle remaining crushed Oreos on top.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight.
  6. Before serving, decorate with festive candies.
