Ingredients
- 1½ cups quick oats
- 1½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup brown sugar
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup (2 sticks) butter, melted
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup chocolate chips (milk or semi-sweet)
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup Easter M&M's
- Optional: Easter sprinkles
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a 9×13 baking pan with cooking spray or parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix oats, flour, brown sugar, salt, and melted butter until crumbly.
- Set aside 1½ cups of the mixture for topping; press the rest into the prepared pan to form the crust.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine sweetened condensed milk, chocolate chips, and butter. Stir until smooth and pour over the crust.
- Evenly distribute the reserved crumble on top of the fudge layer; add M&M's and sprinkles if using.
- Bake for about 20–23 minutes until edges are slightly pulling away from the pan. Cool before slicing.
