Ingredients
- 5 pieces of bacon
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup onion (diced)
- 2 sticks celery (diced)
- 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
- 6 tablespoons flour
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 lb Yukon potatoes (peeled & diced)
- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook bacon in a large pot until crispy; set aside.
- In the same pot, brown ground beef and drain excess fat.
- Melt butter and sauté onion and celery until softened.
