Ingredients
- 250g Dark chocolate
- 200g Milk chocolate
- 200g Butter (or baking spread)
- 150g Golden syrup
- 100g Malted milk biscuits (or digestive biscuits)
- 75g Mini marshmallows (gelatine-free for vegetarians)
- 200g Maltesers
- Optional: 75g Malteser Teasers or Maltesers Buttons
Instructions
- Line an 8" square tin with baking paper and lightly grease it.
- In a saucepan over low heat, melt dark chocolate, milk chocolate, butter, and golden syrup while stirring until smooth. Let cool for about 10 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine crushed biscuits, mini marshmallows, and Maltesers.
- Pour two-thirds of the cooled chocolate mixture into the bowl and mix well to coat everything.
- Transfer the mixture to the lined tin and smooth down with a spatula. Pour remaining chocolate on top and tap to remove air bubbles.
- Top with extra Maltesers if desired, then refrigerate overnight or for at least 3-4 hours until set.
- Slice into squares before serving.
