- 85 grams jelly crystals
- 125 mls cream
- 12 pieces Tiramisu sponge fingers
- 1/2 cup port or juice
- 1 1/2 cups custard
- 400 grams mixed berries
- 200 mls thickened cream
- Mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare jelly according to package instructions and fill small dessert dishes with 1 1/4 cups of the mixture. Refrigerate until set.
- When jelly is nearly set, combine remaining jelly with cream and beat until fluffy. Layer this on top of the set jelly.
- Crush sponge fingers, soak in port or juice, and layer over the cream mixture.
- Add custard and then top with chopped berries.
- Whip remaining cream and pipe onto each trifle; garnish with mint leaves.
