  • 1 1/2 cups dried coconut
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs, plus extra for rolling
  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine melted butter, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Add graham cracker crumbs, dried coconut, and chocolate chips; mix until thoroughly combined.
  3. Cover the mixture and refrigerate for about 1 hour to firm up.
  4. Once chilled, scoop out portions using a tablespoon and roll into 1 1/4-inch balls.
  5. Roll each ball in additional graham cracker crumbs for coating.
  6. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and chill again until firm.
