  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 2 cups Graham cracker crumbs
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

  • 2 (8 ounce) blocks cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a heat-proof bowl, whisk together orange jello powder and boiling water until dissolved; set aside to cool.
  2. Spray a 9-inch springform pan with cooking spray and line it with parchment paper.
  3. Mix Graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and salt; press into the bottom of the pan and freeze for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Beat softened cream cheese and 1 cup powdered sugar until smooth; set aside.
  5. Whip heavy cream with remaining powdered sugar and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form; fold half into the cream cheese mixture, then fold in the cooled jello mixture.
  6. Layer both mixtures into the crust; swirl gently for a marbled effect.
  7. Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight before serving.
