  • 4 salmon filets (6 oz each)
  • 2/3 cup orange juice
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp ginger (minced)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tsp cornstarch
  • Optional garnishes: sesame seeds, red pepper flakes, chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. Mix cornstarch and water in a small bowl. Combine all sauce ingredients in a saucepan and add cornstarch mixture. Simmer until thickened (3-5 minutes) and cool.

  4. Bake for 14 minutes until flaky.
  5. Broil for an additional minute after basting again with sauce.
