Ingredients
- 1 ½ tbsp butter
- 1 green bell pepper (chopped)
- ½ cup onion (chopped)
- 1 lb boneless rib-eye steak (sliced or chopped)
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- 6 slices provolone cheese
- 12 egg roll wrappers
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a large pan over medium heat, melt half the butter. Add chopped bell pepper and onion; sauté for 3-4 minutes until softened.
- Remove veggies from the pan. Melt remaining butter; add steak with salt and pepper. Cook for 3-4 minutes until browned.
- Combine steak and veggies in the pan; mix well.
