- 2 heads of cauliflower
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chopped parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 500ºF (260ºC).
- Remove the outer leaves from each head of cauliflower and trim the stem. Cut each head in half lengthwise, then slice into 1½-inch thick steaks.
- In a small bowl, mix kosher salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Drizzle olive oil on both sides of each steak and coat with the seasoning mixture.
- Place on a baking sheet covered tightly with foil and bake for 5 minutes. Remove foil and roast for an additional 10 minutes until golden brown; flip steaks and roast for another 6 to 8 minutes.
