- 3 cups beef stock
- 1 tablespoon butter
- kosher salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix ground beef, panko, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, and seasonings until combined. Shape into four oval patties.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and brown the patties for 2-3 minutes per side. Remove and keep warm.
- In the same skillet, cook onions until translucent, then add mushrooms and cook until softened. Stir in thyme, garlic powder, and flour; cook briefly.
- Gradually add beef stock while scraping the pan to incorporate flavors. Stir in Worcestershire sauce and butter; season to taste.
- Return patties to the pan and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until cooked through.
