Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 medium apples
  • 3 tbsp salted butter
  • 1/3 cup light brown sugar
  • 32 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 and 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • Cinnamon graham cracker crumbs
  • Heavy cream
  • Salted caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9-inch springform pan with nonstick spray.
  2. Peel and slice apples, then cook them with butter, brown sugar, and spices in a saucepan until tender.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter to form the crust; press into the prepared pan and bake for 10 minutes.
  4. Beat cream cheese until smooth, then add sugars, eggs (one at a time), sour cream, and vanilla until just combined.
  5. Pour half of the cheesecake batter into the crust, layer with apple filling, then top with remaining batter.
  6. Bake in a water bath for about 90–110 minutes until edges are set but center is slightly wobbly.
  7. Cool gradually before chilling in the refrigerator for at least six hours or overnight.
  8. Top with crumble topping and drizzle with salted caramel sauce before serving.
