Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 pounds large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 2/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon butter, plus more to grease the pan
  • 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 4 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 ounces shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 2 1/2 quart casserole dish with butter.
  2. Boil salted water in a large pot, add Old Bay seasoning, and cook shrimp until opaque (about 30 seconds). Drain and transfer to a mixing bowl.
  3. Combine shrimp with mayonnaise, garlic powder, and pepper. Mix in cheeses and transfer to the prepared dish.
  4. In a small saucepan, melt butter with panko breadcrumbs until evenly coated; sprinkle over the casserole.
  5. Bake uncovered for 13-15 minutes or until the center reaches an internal temperature of 145°F. Broil for an additional minute if desired. Let sit for 15 minutes before serving.
