Instructions

  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp along with smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper (if using). Cook for 3–4 minutes until shrimp are pink and opaque.
  3. In serving bowls, layer cooked rice first. Top with cooked shrimp and fresh vegetables.
