  • 2 cups Crushed pretzels

  • 8 oz Cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup Sugar (for cream cheese layer)
  • 8 oz Whipped topping (thawed)
  • 1 lb Strawberries (sliced)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. In a bowl, dissolve the strawberry jello in boiling water; let it cool.
  3. Melt butter in a saucepan, stir in sugar and crushed pretzels until coated.
  4. Press the pretzel mixture into a baking pan and bake for 10 minutes; cool.
  5. Mix cream cheese and sugar until smooth; fold in whipped topping.
  6. Spread cream cheese mixture over the cooled pretzel layer; refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  7. Combine strawberries with cooled jello and pour over the cream cheese layer.
  8. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours or until set; serve chilled.
