  • ½ cup unsalted melted butter
  • 6 oz. berry blue gelatin
  • 2/3 cup boiling water
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 ½ cups fresh blueberries
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1¾ cups whipped cream (Cool Whip or homemade)
  • 6 oz. strawberry jello
  • 4 cups sliced strawberries

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust by mixing crushed Golden Oreos with melted butter and pressing firmly into a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. For the blue layer, dissolve berry blue gelatin in boiling water, then mix in Greek yogurt and fold in blueberries.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese with powdered sugar, add vanilla, and fold in whipped cream until combined.
  4. Layer half of the blue mixture over the crust followed by half of the cream cheese mixture. Repeat with remaining mixtures.
  5. Prepare strawberry jello according to package instructions and pour over layered components.
  6. Refrigerate for at least four hours until firm, then serve topped with sliced strawberries.
