- 2 ripe avocados
- 1/2 cup precooked black beans (rinsed)
- 1/4 cup corn
- 2 tablespoons diced red onion
- Juice of 1/2 lime
- 1 garlic clove (minced)
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- Sea salt to taste
- Cracked pepper to taste
- Olive oil
Instructions
